Randy Miller, named by Commissioner Saltzman, is founder and chair of the Portland Ambassadors. He brought business leaders together with government officials to collaborate on economic development work, helping to provide over $1 million in private contributions toward this effort. Randy led best-practices missions to cities around the country, offering Portland leaders the opportunity to learn from other communities and to bring those lessons back to our own community.
